Marisa, as Jo and Charlotte had to fly back to England on monday they have asked me to convey to you and your staff on the night of the 17th March,2012.

Wow was the one word they used, you made it so easy for them to organise this birthday party, you are a gem Marisa and many many many thanks.

Now from me who would be your biggest critic as being in the hotel industry for 37 years and can pick anything to pieces I am probably not your best patron at things like this.

Marisa you are a true professional I normally cannot keep my eyes off what staff are doing etc, but on Saturday I enjoyed myself and my eyes did not have to work overtime, that has never happen in many years so 100% to you and your staff.

I actually had people come up to me and said they lived in the area but did not know all this was available to them advised they go down stairs and join up and just enjoy.

What more can I say yes you are a gem a diamond

I write to you to express my sincere appreciation to you, Marisa and the team at Club Five Dock RSL have provided the children of 1B an amazing event to celebrate the end of their school year and the excitement of the Christmas school holidays.

The effort put into our event by your staff and the hired entertainment, and the ’nothing is too much trouble’ approach you all adopted to stage this amazing event touched all the parents who brought their kids to enjoy the party.

The comments which heard throughout the night were highly positive.I would like to congratulate Club Five Dock RSL on facilitating such a wonderful program of activities for young children, the high profile acts and the jitterbugs which we regular attend.

You should also be commended on the valuable contribution you make to the community, fundraising to benefit schools and recognised and worthy charities.

The Club and the staff were fantastic and the whole night was handled with great care and with staff who are very experienced and were able to manage the teenagers.

Marisa, personally Lee, Glenn & I would like to extend such a warm hand of thanks to you for all your help in the lead up to the event and the smooth running on the evening. Your staff were just wonderful and very patient...particularly as we didn't quite stick to the schedule...we will need to work on that for next year!

It was a much talked-about topic for quite some time afterwards. From the church's perspective the event was a huge success and both Community and Organisers are committed to the longevity of the newly created tradition, which has become known as "The Last Supper".

I just wanted to say thank you for helping with our function on Saturday night. It was a fantastic night. The functions manger and the staff were fantastic. we rasied well over the amount sort for the Peruvian woman which was far beyond our expectations. Thanks once again. Kate.

The event went well - we were booked at a moments notice and the staff were very very helpful, they took care of everything.
